Old West law badge. This is a quality reproduction badge from our "Old West Law Badge" collection. This badge is a replica of the ones worn by John Harris Behan in 1881. John Behan was appointed the first sheriff of the newly created Cochise County, Arizona Territory. Cochise County was created in February 1881 and Behan served from April 1881 to November 1882. Tombstone was the new county seat and Behan's headquarters.

This badge can be used for movie or stage productions and historical enactments. Excellent addition to any collection of old west memorabilia and can be used for decorative uses.
